Each Flow Session is a container, where the wisdom of the body is invited to manifest into language and understanding. Together we shape deepening questions that bring forward the elements of healing and transformation. We introduce practical and sustainable habits, and prepare for the obstacles that stand in the way. I encourage each individual to build what I call your life team, and your dream team -- vital connection points that help align your environment with the changes you're seeking!

Although I began coaching informally over a decade ago when clients told me our conversations shifted them as much as the bodywork they came for -- I formally trained in 2021. I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. After finishing their program, I completed their Intensive Coaching Practicum. Since then I've completed the 6 month Facilitator Program with Holistic Resistance, and continue to deepen into my own growth by "following the whisper." In 2024 that whisper led me to live on Big Island for over a year, connecting with spirit, land and indigenous natives - where I cultivated a deeper relationship of gratitude, reciprocity, service and wisdom.
