MY STORY

My name is Kingsya, and I’m the heart

behind ManaHeart.

When I was 15, something unforgettable happened.

My little sister fell and hurt her back while playing outside. I instinctively placed my hand on her back—and five minutes or so later, she felt better.

But what struck me most….was that my hand hurt. That was the first moment I realized I had healing hands.

That moment eventually led me into a 12-year journey and career as a somatic practitioner.

But at the beginning of 2020, another shift occurred.

I was called to leave The Sanctuary Healing Spa, a business I co-founded and led for 8 years. I was called to turn inward —the healer needed healing.

I spent several years journeying through my own survivor stories, past pain, and unresolved traumas (the ways I’ve been hurt and the hurt I’ve created). I braved loss, anxiety, fear, and uncertainty. On the other side I discovered new layers of clarity, empowerment, trust, and joy!

Out of that sacred unraveling… ManaHeart was born.

ManaHeart exists to help people feel deeply, share boldly, and live fully; to help excite a world alive with courageous vulnerability, authentic expression, and sacred interconnection - which is a relationship of gratitude and reciprocity to people, land and resources.

OUR MISSION

We create spaces like the ManaHeart Circle — for healing, for connection and stirring of what’s asking to come alive inside us.

The ManaHeart Collective is a continuation of the Circle —

we gather for a regular Zoom call and seasonal workshop and retreat. Together, we develop the art of listening and communicating and bring our stories both to life and to witness.

ManaHeart isn’t just a name—it’s a living expression of what I believe and practice. If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance something in you is ready to feel more, heal more, and come home to the wisdom of your body.

“When I started working with Kingsya, I was entering a time of uncertainty. Our sessions helped bring context to all of the shifts and changes that felt unrelated to each other.

Kingsya brings a grounded curiosity to every session that inspires me to ask deeper questions and cultivate patience and trust in my path. I’m very grateful for how Kingsya shares his gifts through his unique style of holding space. Mahalo."
